Diesel Turbochargers

A turbocharger uses exhaust gas to force more air into a diesel engine, increasing power and efficiency. Diesel Fuel Parts supplies diesel turbochargers for popular diesel engines.

Signs your turbocharger may be failing

• Loss of power or slow boost
• Blue or black smoke
• A whistling or siren-like noise
• Higher oil consumption

How to choose the right turbocharger

Turbos are matched to the engine and its output, so quote your engine code when ordering. A turbo failure often has an underlying cause, such as oil starvation or a restricted air intake, so have the cause checked when the replacement is installed or the new turbo may fail too.
