2. Purpose of the Manual

This manual is prepared in accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) and includes the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). It describes how to request access to records held by Diesel Fuel Parts (Pty) Ltd.

The Human Rights Commission has compiled a guide on how to exercise your rights under PAIA. It is available at www.sahrc.org.za.
