
Returns & Delivery Policy
Welcome to the Diesel Fuel Parts (Pty) Ltd (“DFP”) website available at www.dieselfuelparts.co.za (“Website”).
1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders placed on www.dieselfuelparts.co.za.
2. Delivery
• Orders are delivered via third-party couriers.
• Delivery times are estimates only.
• Inspect packages immediately on delivery.
• Report any delivery damage within 48 hours.
3. Returns
• Returns accepted for defective goods within 6 months.
• Incorrect items must be returned within 10 days.
• Cooling-off period of 7 days applies (see section 6).
• Proof of purchase is required.
4. Returns Not Accepted If
• Goods were used, installed, or altered.
• Packaging was opened (unless defective).
• Products are not in resale condition.
• Electrical/chemical items are opened or unsealed.
5. Return Process
• Log return via our Returns Form to get a reference number.
• Courier will collect from original delivery address.
• Inspection and refund decision within 10 working days.
6. Repackaging & Restocking
Non-defective returns may incur a repackaging/restocking fee.
7. Cooling-Off Period
• Applies to natural persons (not companies).
• Cancel within 7 days of receiving goods.
• Return at your own cost, unused and in original packaging.
• Full refund (excluding delivery) within 30 days.
8. Warranty
• Products carry manufacturer/OEM warranties.
• DFP handles claims within 6 months.
• After 6 months, goods may be sent to manufacturer for assessment.
• Manufacturer’s decision is final.
9. Refunds
• Subject to inspection.
• Refunds processed within 10 working days of approval.
10. Liability
• DFP not liable for incorrect use or installation.
• Customer is responsible for compatibility and qualified installation.
