Injector Installation Guidance
- Make sure the engine is cool, and the area is clean.
- Remove any parts blocking access to the injectors and clean the injector seat.
- Lightly oil the O-rings if needed.
- Insert the injector carefully and align it properly.
- Tighten the clamp bolts to the correct torque.
- Reconnect the fuel lines.
- To remove air, slightly loosen the high-pressure pipes and use the priming pump or turn the ignition on and off until fuel flows without bubbles, then tighten the pipes.
- Plug in the injector connectors "only" once bleeding is complete.
- Use a diagnostic tool to enter each injector’s calibration code into the ECU.
- Start the engine, let it idle, and check for leaks and smooth running.
