Injector Installation Guidance

  1. Make sure the engine is cool, and the area is clean.
  2. Remove any parts blocking access to the injectors and clean the injector seat.
  3. Lightly oil the O-rings if needed.
  4. Insert the injector carefully and align it properly.
  5. Tighten the clamp bolts to the correct torque.
  6. Reconnect the fuel lines.
  7. To remove air, slightly loosen the high-pressure pipes and use the priming pump or turn the ignition on and off until fuel flows without bubbles, then tighten the pipes.
  8. Plug in the injector connectors "only" once bleeding is complete.
  9. Use a diagnostic tool to enter each injector’s calibration code into the ECU.
  10. Start the engine, let it idle, and check for leaks and smooth running.
